Job Description

 

e are looking for a voids/reactive supervisor to run our void works programme and assist where necessary with our reactive team.

Based in NW London and serving the repair requirements of one of the G15 Housing Associations.

The role encompasses all aspects of void works and a non-exhaustive list is shown below.

Role Overview:

  • Logging new voids onto a tracker and maintaining the tracker throughout each stage of works
  • Arranging key safes, electrical and gas certificates.
  • Working to a pre-determined schedule of works
  • Specifying and capturing additional chargeable works using NHF7.1
  • Liaising with clients surveyors
  • Managing sub-contractors
  • Ensuring quality standards are maintained
  • Signing off works

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience of delivering voids for a contractor on behalf of housing associations.
  • Experience of using the NHF schedule of rates. Able to determine the correct code choice.
  • Ability to deal with all stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Clean driving license

 Preferred:

  • Live within 1 hour drive time of North West London
  • Trade background
