Job Description

Chas West is a Joint Venture between Chas Berger and East West Connect, formed primarily to service the 2019-2029 Catalyst Housing Repairs Contract but the with the long- term goal of providing reactive and planned maintenance services for social housing clients throughout London and the South East of England.

Chas West’s primary focus is on building its reputation for high quality service and excellent customer support – to be reliable, easy to deal with and empathetic in all aspects of our service delivery.

Role Overview:

  • Working as part of a team on the company’s Reactive and Planned Maintenance Social Housing and Refurbishment projects
  • Promote the company ethos of working in an open, honest and transparent manner at all times
  • Ensure high client satisfaction is being achieved and constantly look to improve our client relationship

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a social housing repairs environment preferred
  • Customer Service skills a must
  • Confident oral and written communication skills
  • Communicate in a timely and effective manner with all those who have a stake in the work
  • Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines

Duties

    1. Work as a call taker answering incoming calls from our residents and clients staff
    2. Taking orders for repairs and dealing with incoming queries
    3. Adding orders to the operatives diaries
    4. Completing back-office duties as required
