Our CAFM software JobLogic provides live location updates from our operatives, and each phase of work is tracked and updated from site as works progress.

Photgraphic Sign Off

Upon the completion of works, installation photos and certification are uploaded immediately for all parties to view and approve prior to final sign off.

Stakeholder Management

Our staff work in a sympathetic manner within the homes and offices of our customers and clients, and they provide clear and friendly progress updates.

Online Portal

The JobLogic online portal gives our customers a single point to review the status of all their assets, from O&M data to RAMS for upcoming works.

Trey first came into my home for initial inspection of the repairs and identified the problem and made recommendations which was then approved by his supervisor Scott. Once the repairs were completed, both Karissa and Scott visited my property in person to check the works and to ensure that all was in order before closing off the project. Both Trey and Cristian also did other repairs in my home completing the works to the highest professional standard.

Established in 1922, Chas Berger are a family run main contractor providing construction and refurbishment to public and private sector organisations throughout London and the South East of England.

East West Connect were founded in 1988, and they are a family owned building services engineering and maintenance contractor, providing services to clients such as the Royal Household, and the National Theatre.

Chas Berger and East West Connect have worked together as fellow contractors for over 15 years, and in 2018 they created Chas West to better suit the needs of their clients.

Building upon the long histories of quality and experience of both Chas Berger and East West Connect, we provide a comprehensive service in a clear, friendly, and co-ordinated manner.
